How to overcome the summer blues

Are you feeling tired, sad, and not in the mood to go back to your daily routine?
You are probably a victim of the summer blues!
Nothing to worry about is just a normal feeling that hits 95% of people in the world, but if you need any suggestions to feel better, here I am with my advice.

Yes, the summer blues are here again, your holiday has been amazing, you've spent at least 15 days away from your usual duties such as work and house. You've been living the best of your days on the seaside sipping your drink and healing from your stressful days at work, but now it's time to go back to reality.
Summer is amazing, holidays are fantastic.
 Mountain, beach, hill, doesn't really matter if everything you are doing makes you happy and lets you feel well.

Going back to your daily tasks after being away makes you feel anxious and insecure.

But the only feeling you are going through right now is REJECTION.

You are not alone!

Let me remind you that you are not alone, many of us felt or are feeling exactly the same right now.  Not all of us enjoyed a 5-star holiday, but the season change put us down. You may think you are in need of a therapist, and you may also find it helpful. But believe me, this is nothing that you can't survive. I am a super anxious person, I want everything to be right even if I don't have full control over it. Because of my way to be and because I want to feel better I want to share with you a list of things that helped me a lot during the summer blues mood.

What can you do to feel better?

THINK ABOUT THREE POSITIVE THINGS IN YOUR LIFE

What about the comfort that you have at your own place? yes, I know it's hard to compare the 5-star hotel with your house, but nothing else can replace your house, your peace, and sometimes war if you are sharing it with your loved ones, but that's what it is! Your house is your house and is the place where you are yourself and you are free to be YOU. 
What about the job then? probably you are working in a stressful workplace, with people asking to solve their problems every 5 minutes, right? But your job is still something that you like, you are doing what you love and you are happy with it, you are doing great!
Go on and think about what makes you most proud

THINK ABOUT THE NEXT SEASON COMING

Mhm ok, maybe you are summer-obsessed but what about the beautiful landscape that autumn offers us?  oh and what about the relief from the hot weather and sweating feeling? Try to think of the cold weather coming back and the feeling of waiting the weekend to have a hot chocolate in front of another boring but needed movie with your partner, your children, and your poor pet? doesn't that sound relaxing?  Autumn just like winter is creativity, what did you do during the lockdown? I'm sure you discovered new talents and hobbies. 

I believe you found a lot of good reasons to let the summer go.
Enjoy your weekend walks in the park, grow your skills, and plan your next holiday!
